A Therapist’s Take: What an EA-Turned-Therapist Wants You to Know About the Emotional Life of Admins
With Tiffany Dow, Dow Coaching LLC
For 15 years, Tiffany Dow thrived as an Executive Assistant in global corporations, mastering high-stakes environments, relentless problem-solving, and the art of anticipating others’ needs. But beneath the polished professionalism, she saw something deeper: the hidden emotional toll of the role. The stress. The blurred boundaries. The quiet burnout that so many Administrative Professionals carry without acknowledgment.
That realization sparked a life-changing shift.
In A Therapist’s Take: What an EA-Turned-Therapist Wants You to Know About the Emotional Life of Admins, Tiffany shares how her career as an EA led her to pursue a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Having witnessed firsthand the emotional weight of administrative work, she felt called to help others navigate the complex mental and emotional landscape of their roles.
Now a licensed therapist and executive coach, Tiffany supports both executives and Administrative Professionals through challenges like burnout, boundary-setting, self-worth, conflict resolution, and workplace stress. With a no-nonsense, deeply compassionate approach, she helps clients distill purpose, clear out “life noise,” and make room for true well-being and sustainable success.
